assistance; and providing for an effective date."

Representative B.Davis moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
House rescind its action in passing CSHB 67(FIN).                              
                                                                               
Representative Phillips objected.                                              
                                                                               
Representative Hanley placed a call of the House.                              
                                                                               
The call was satisfied.
